Last night we went to the Metallica Concet. We left just before 6:00 to get there and give us enough time to find parking and to get through security. We had really nice seats, 10 rows up right in the middle. The first act was The Sword. They were ok. The next group was Down made from 2 members of Pantara. Finally Metallica took the stage and rocked for over 2 hours. Kim and I have been to 2 other Metallica concert and they never disappoint. The kids both loved it and said it exceeded their expectations.
These photos are from last nights show we were at but taken from their web site. I think everyone should experience a Metallica Concert at least once in their lifetime. I can't wait until they come back and we can see them again.

Yes, wicked awesome! I figured Metallica was a great first time rock concert for the kids since they come to rock with little to no profanity involved. Oooops.... forgot about the opening band issue... good thing Kaylee had her earplugs in during the opening acts :(
